1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:32 AM at the Otisfield Town Hall.
2. Attendance: Members present were Chair Anne Pastore, Vice Chair- Marianne Izzo-Morin, Don Verrill and Recording Secretary / Alternate–Don Mixer *Don Mixer moved up as a voting member

Mary Costigan – Town Attorney – Bernstein & Shur present.
Tanya Taft – Secretary (Absent)
3. Quorum: Board had a quorum.
4. Secretary’s Report:

A. None.
6. Appeal for a variance
A. None.
7. Discussion and comments from Board:
A. Executive Session: Motion by MIM to move into executive session @ 10:35 AM pursuant to Title 1 M.R.S.A. § section 405 (6)(H) to consult w/ town Attorney 2nd AP.~ Unanimous. Motion by AP to close executive session at 11:30 AM. 2nd DV - Unanimous.
